Get to know, Cass

Hi, I’m Cass. I’m so glad you’re here.

I know that reaching out for counseling can take a lot of courage, and my hope is that you’ll feel both welcomed and understood as you take this step.

I’ve always loved people—some might say I’m a “people person.” As an extroverted introvert, I thrive in meaningful 1-on-1 conversations or small groups where people feel safe to share what’s really going on. Before becoming a counselor, I had the privilege of working with college students and walking with them through both the highs and the challenges of life. It was in those moments that my passion for counseling really took root.

Eventually, I went on to earn my Master of Arts in Counseling and stepped fully into this work I feel called to—walking alongside people through both the pain and the beauty of their stories.

I work with teens through adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relational struggles, and spiritual issues—including church hurt. My training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and attachment-based approaches has equipped me to help clients process painful experiences, find steadiness in overwhelming emotions, and cultivate healthier, more connected relationships with themselves and others.

It is my greatest joy to walk alongside people as they discover who they are and all they were created to be. My hope is to provide a safe space where you can move toward a healthier, more grounded, and more holistic life—one that allows you to fully experience all that life has to offer.
